Deshalb wird diese Art von Hyalurons\u00e4ure vegetarische Hyalurons\u00e4ure genannt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorteil hierbei ist, dass die Hyalurons\u00e4ure in ihrer Herstellung viel reiner und leichter zu kontrollieren ist als bei der herk\u00f6mmlichen Herstellung aus tierischen Bestandteilen. Sie kommt haupts\u00e4chlich im Knorpel und im Bindegewebe vor und ist f\u00fcr die Zellteilung essentiell. Ihre F\u00e4higkeit, Wasser zu binden, ist hervorragend. Zum Vergleich: Ein Gramm Hyalurons\u00e4ure kann bis zu sechs Liter Wasser binden. Das Molek\u00fcl, das wie ein Wollkn\u00e4uel aufgebaut ist, dient haupts\u00e4chlich zur Speicherung von Wasser im Bindegewebe. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haftet Hyalurons\u00e4ure aufgrund chemischer Wechselwirkungen besonders gut und lange an der Oberfl\u00e4che von Geweben und f\u00f6rdert durch ihre feuchtigkeitsspendende Wirkung die Wundheilung. In den Gelenken wirkt Hyalurons\u00e4ure bei jeder Bewegung als Gleitmittel.<\/p>\n<p>Hyalurons\u00e4ure ist in der Kosmetik sehr beliebt. Hyalurons\u00e4ure wird h\u00e4ufig in Form von Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln oder Cremes, zum Injizieren in Falten, zur Behandlung von Narben oder zum Polstern von Beulen unter der Haut
